Community Pantry

Our Community Pantries help families and individuals get back on their feet during periods of hardship. We work with supermarkets, food banks, food rescue organisations, manufacturers and local hospitality businesses to provide fresh food, pantry staples, freezer essentials, toiletries and personal hygiene items.
If you or someone you know needs assistance and would like to apply for support, registrations are completed in-person only and forms can be done at our Airport West office where our team can help you out.
Material Aid Program
Currently on hold until 2025
Our Material Aid program provides essential items to families in need every week. We accept referrals from organisations across Victoria, supporting families and individuals who are suffering as a result of extreme circumstance. Extreme circumstance can strike anyone at any time. Our clients include those affected by natural disasters, illness or unexpected loss of income, homelessness, family violence, COVID-19, and youth who require additional support.
To apply for support, please have an agency, support worker or case manager fill out the form below and either return via email, or hand them in directly to our office staff at the McIntosh St Op Shop. If you are a support worker and this is the first time you are applying your client for assistance, please also send a one-off Agency Registration form.
