Community Food Pantry
Our two Pantries - located in Airport West and Sunshine - run by appointments only and help with emergency food parcels in a time of need.

Material Aid Program
Individuals and families needing essential household furniture can apply for material aid and receive assistance through a referral.*
*Limited resources available.

Furniture Collection
Our collection team is happy to collect furniture in good condition - these go to all our four stores and any funds raised go towards our two Emergency Aid programs.

Community Kitchen
Located at our Airport West Op Shop, our kitchen serves hot meals everyday for just $5! Come in for lunch and grab afternoon tea - our kettle’s always on.
Donating to us
If you want to support us through donations and you have household items or furniture that you’re wanting to give a second home to, we are open to take donations in good condition at all our stores. Our donation team at each store will let you know what items we are able to take in and all dropped off items are at their discretion.

Furniture Collections
We take in most furniture in good condition and all funds raised from these go to funding our two Emergency programs. Without your donations, these programs wouldn’t be possible!
If you have large furniture you’d like to donate, send through photos of the furniture and your details to our email (please note we collect 10km out from Airport and 5km out from our other stores - Sunshine, Preston and Roxburgh Park).
Allow up to 1-2 days for our team to get back to you.

Our four Op Shops are happy to take in donations of clothing, bric-a-brac and furniture in good condition. Please note all items dropped-off will be at our teams’ discretion on the day.

9.30am - 3.30pm**Roxburgh Park Op Shop Saturday hours: 10am - 2pm

If you have large furniture that you’re unable to bring down to one of our four Op Shops, you can request a collection of those items with our team! Please send through photos of furniture you’d like to donate to the email below with your contact details and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note, due to our resources and small collection team we are only able to collect within 10km of our Airport West store and 5km out from our other stores (Sunshine, Preston and Roxburgh Park).
